Dashboards, payout examples and calculator results on this site are illustrations based on the numbers shown or entered. They are not forecasts or promises of what a firm or creator will earn.
Applications
Applying is free and does not oblige either side. Please give accurate details. We decide which creators we work with and may decline an application without giving reasons.
Brand and content
The content and works on this website are subject to German copyright law. The Lvlup and Lvlup One names and logos are ours. Reproduction, editing, distribution or any use beyond the limits of copyright needs our written consent. Trading platform names and logos belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
This website links to external websites whose content we do not control, so we cannot accept liability for it. The provider of a linked page is always responsible for its content. We checked linked pages for legal violations when we linked them and found none. If we become aware of a violation, we will remove the link promptly.
Liability
We provide this website with care but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it.
